The view of the beautiful harbor. Excellent rooms.

A short stayover in HK was exciting, adventurous, and love the food. And the best time, seeing old SSC classmates. Ms. Suwanee drove us, to see the sights of HK island, SSC campus in Stanley, and the delicious Thai dinner. TY. We love the Boy Scout's museum, and store is opened to the public. We work with the Los Angeles Council BSA Camper Div.

아이 포함 4명이여서 2층 침대에서 잤어요. 친구들하고 같이 가서 4명이 자기엔 방이 매우 좁아요. 트렁크 두개를 펼쳐놓을 수 있는 공간이 없어서 괴로왔어요. 말 그대로 옴짝 달싹을 할 수가 없었죠... 애들은 매우 좋아했어요. 2층 침대때문에... 2층침대 있는 방은 아이도 어른값 그대로 받는거 같아요. 어른2가면 아이2그냥 자는 곳 많은데, 아이도 성인요금으로 받는 것 같더라구요. 홍콩에서 하루 자는거여서 좁아도 그냥 참고 지낼 수 있어요. 엘리베이터 장난아니게 사람 많고 데스크 아가씨 그리 친절하진 않아요. soso. very small...

Excellent location

Easy transfer to hotel via airport express train and free shuttle busses (K4) from Kowloon station. Easy check in. Room was comfortable if compact, bed a little firm for our liking, but everything you need was there and worked! The park view room view was a highlight of or stay, opening the curtains in the morning to a city vista right over to Hong Kong island. The location of the hotel is SUPERB in my view, minutes from MTR (underground railway) stations and a simple 15 minute walk from the Star Ferry which goes on to Central with public transport links around Hong Kong island.

The room was ok. Certainly clean with good maid service. I found the staff to be welcoming and most accommodating. The bed was hard, but the pillows were very good. I found the room chilly, no matter what I did with the thermostat. The bed had a nice warm quilt, so i wasn't cold in the night. The elevators were often oversubscribed, which meant crowding and often waiting.

Convenient TST Location North of Kowloon Park

Convenient north TST location just north of Kowloon Park. Many local eateries and close to Nathan Road. 7 minutes walk to MTR and A21 airport bus. Clean bed and linens, and adequate bathroom. Recommended for families.

Great value!

Hotel is in a great location at TST between 2 MTR stations. Lots of fantastic food nearby with lots to see and do within walking distance. Easy travel to other parts of Hong Kong. The harborview rooms (which we stayed in) back to Kowloon Park, which adds an extra layer of peace and quiet without having to be in a far-out area. Staff is professional and helpful. Breakfast buffet is prepared fresh and has wide variety. Much of the core menu stays the same but they do rotate a few new dishes. Standard rooms are reasonably spacious (for high-density Hong Kong). Accommodations were clean, comfortable, and in good condition. We had enough room to prop up a travel crib and still have room to maneuver. They also have a self-service laundry room, which is good when you have a toddler. Free smartphone with unlimited 3G and local calls as a part of the complimentary internet access was a major boon.

Busy hotel with No room service

The stay was not so good experience. The rooms was quite small , there was a small view of Harbour. It was amazingly busy hotel , with NO ROOM SERVICE. I booked was 4 nights, had to check out early because of extreme discomfort. . Its was so busy, that every time you have to wait for lift ...

Convenient Clean Efficient Hotel in TST

Staff was pleasant and responsive to all our requests. WIFI worked well with adequate speed. Good convenient location, easy access from the airport, good food, all in all .......Great value for money. I will definitely use BP Hotel again for my next visit in Hong Kong

Good rooms but could improve food

Nicely located hotel. Rooms were clean, bed comfy and great view to park. Bathroom small but had everything needed. Walls were quite thin so I could hear next doors conversations. No room service which was inconvenient as I just wanted to eat something and go to sleep. The dinner buffet was at best average with food hit and miss. Overall good hotel

Basic, clean, convenient

The photos on hotels.com are completely inaccurate for the room type we booked (Harbour Parkview). We selected this room type based on the photo that suggests there is a separate sitting room. We intended to use this as a sleeping area for our child. In fact, like most Hong Kong hotels, this room class is quite small. The hotel staff clarified that this room type does not have any additional space as compared to standard guest rooms and the hotels.com website is wrong. The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. Notwithstanding the room being smaller than expected, the hotel met our needs. Be aware, though, that this is a tourist class hotel with basic amenities. The breakfast included in the room rate was satisfactory (neither stellar nor awful). The staff was very courteous. One issue that arose, though, was that I needed to attend an early meeting one morning (6 am) and could not find a space in the hotel to sit down with my laptop. The staff in the restaurant would not let me sit at a vacant table and the lobby staff told me I could not sit in the lobby as it was not yet open. At 6am, the lobby lights turned on and the lobby staff told me I could now sit there. So, it worked out fine. But, the service culture at this hotel was not one of "going the extra mile". Waiting for elevators was a routine issue. At peak times (morning and late afternoon), it was routine to wait for three different elevators from the 19th floor since they were so full.

Room too small - advertised with 2 bunk beds - I assumed that it would comfortably accommodate 4 adults - it did but there was no room for our luggage and three of us had to sit on the bed so that the 4th person could move around the room. Definitely not big enough for 4 people

Nice hotel close to everything Hong Kong offers

I read some negative reviews about the service in this otherwise excellent hotel when I made reservation. When I and my family actually arrived there, we found the staff, from check in desk to room service, are excellent-friendly, efficient, willing to offer extra help, and professional, especially giving the enormous volume of guests they need to handle.
