Great location. Easy to get anywhere with nearby Jordan station. Room is small and older but clean, quiet, secure and comfortable. Definitely good value for budget travelers. Never saw any staff but check-in was smooth and information on how to contact is provided. I personally liked that I never saw anyone because it felt private and a nice break from the busyness of the city. Would definitely stay here again.

The place is in a sketchy area and is almost impossible to locate. The address listed is not where the building is. Surprisingly once inside it was it was very adequate. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was new and clean. it is about what you would expect for the price.

Dairy Company right by the building, there is always a cheap, convenient, and delicious food option while everywhere in hong kong affordable michelin star restaurants are nor more than a 15 minute subway ride away. J’ai touché le fond. Le batiment est sordide. L’entrée de l’établissement aussi. Le couloir des "chambres" ressemble à un débarras. Tout est moche, abîmé ou non fonctionnel.. C’est hyper bruyant. Si petit qu’on peut juste poser un sac mais pas une valise ouverte. 4 ceintres accrochés à la porte pour les vêtements et rien pour poser quoi que ce soit. Les murs sont sales, les fenêtres de la salle de bain ne ferment pas bien et il fait glacial à cette période. La clim ne fonctionne pas en mode chauffage. Les serviettes de bain sont en microfibres et n’essuient pas. Le lit est très dur car le matelas est très fin et posé sur surface dure. Il y a un espace entre le mur et la porte qui laisse passer la lumière toute la nuit. La "table de nuit", unique endroit pour poser une bricole est un "meuble" de coin de douche en plastique. La note eaucoup trop élevée de l’etablissement m'évoque des évaluations de complaisance.

I was denied the booking stating that they didn’t receive the booking. Refused to allow me to use their phone outside the lobby to contact Wotif. I had to go and buy a new SIM card to call and email Wotif. Found out that there are no other guest at the hotel. Received an email 30 minutes to midnight after much hassle and I have already booked another hotel to inform me that they received the booking 5hrs late and that they have staff at the reception at 11:30pm!!! I had to pay extra for the prepaid sim, another taxi to the next hotel and also other hotel fee! I now have received the email from Wotif to say that the hotel will not refund but because I am a Wotif loyal customer, Wotif will refund the hotel fee themselves. Who is to cover my other expenses??? Utterly disappointed guest.

附近吃飯的餐廳很多，地鐵站就在對面，地點好得沒話說，房間真的不大，建議不要帶太大的行李箱，浴室的邊上有發霉，如果不介意的話清潔度還算可以，床鋪偏硬，價格在這個地段已是很不錯了，接待人員很客氣，願意幫忙解決問題

It’s run by a friendly family. Don’t be put off by the environment as I felt very safe during my stay there. I must agree though with reviews from previous visitors- improvements on the sound proof is needed.
