Worst Check-in of my life

I wasn’t told that the checkin is at a different site. Then by searching Expedia I found that notification buried in “more information.” I called the phone number and the man asked me for my email to send me check-in information. After 6 tries to give him my email he said he had it. Walked to the address on Expedia for check-in. ... no office there either. Called the number again, he said the email I gave them was wrong. Walked to a third site... was told there would be a person from housekeeping downstairs to meet me. No one was there. Finally went up to eight floor to get directions to check-in at the hostel I was booked for, was handed keys to a room in the third location. I use Expedia so I know my trip will be hassle free. This was the worst experience I’ve had on 6 continents.

The place was okay. Not the best you'll hope for but the sucky part about the stay was: 1. Never enough hot water to finish my shower. 2. Wifi was horrible! During the whole 7days of our stay we could never connect to the wifi! Every time when we try to connect, it kept saying that we've entered an incorrect password. 3. The bed sheet were dirty, it had staines on it! 4. The bed was too hard! And made so much noise every time I turn. FYI, the bed cannot possibly fit 2 people! You can consider staying at this place if you don't mind the negativity of this place. The good thing about this place is that it's located in the centre of the city, there you have a lot of choices of food and places to go because it's only 2-3 mins about from the MTR(metro station).

Very small uncomfortable for two

Too small for two people. Not clean and no door in bathroom. Bed uncomfortable .

별로입니다.

사진과 너무 달라 매우 실망했습니다. 우선 코믹스로 예약을 했는데 다른 건물의 다른 방을 배정받았습니다. 방은 작을 것이라 예상했지만 제 키가 큰 편이 아닌데 침대 끝에서 누우면 발 끝이 닿아 옆으로 비스듬히 누워 잠을 잤습니다. 항의를 해서 조금 넓은 방으로 변경해 주었지만 비슷했습니다. 캐리어를 바닥에 펼치면 발 디딜곳이 없고 문이 겨우 열릴 정도로 방은 좁았습니다. 침대와 베개커버는 따로 돈을 지불해야 바꿔주고 매일 수건만 갈아줍니다.

위치가 진짜 좋아요. 다른 장소에 있는 방으로 이동해야하는 불편함도 있을수 있고 찾아가서 적혀있는 번호로 전화해야 할 때도 있긴 했지만 큰 불편함은 아니었고 객실도 깨끗하고 좋았어요.

トータル普通

場所は雑居ビルの7階で、外からはわからず探すのに苦労した。番地が表示されているビルが結構あるので、それを見て探すとよい。レセプションが別のビルにあるので、ホテルにたどり着いてもまたそこ(徒歩4〜5分)へ移動して、スタッフと部屋まで行く。スタッフの対応は至って丁寧。部屋も狭いがまぁまぁ。「部屋では寝るだけ」タイプにはコスパを考えて良いと思う。

위치찾기 조금힘듬

호스텔&게스트하우스 크기야 다 거기서 거기일거고 생각하신대로 엄청 좁아요 샤워실 따뜻한물 잘나오고 공간여유있고 샤워시설은 마음에드네요 호텔보단 싸지만 게스트하우스보단 비싸고. 하지만 전체적으로 깔끔한분위기라거 친구랑 잠시머무르러 가기엔 괜찮을거같네요

They don't care about you...!

Imagine arrive at night in Honk Kong for the first time, stay 4 hours searching for the hotel. After search for so many time, we start looking for another hotel, and there was a convention in he city and all of then were full. So we almost slept at the street, because the telefone the hotel gave us don't answer. At this bad moment an angel from Hong Kong helped us and even she taked one hour to find the hotel, and when we found it. It was closed, nobody to check in (they say 24 hour check in) she used her phone to call a lot of diferents telephones numbers speaking the local language..... we were quiting and planing to go back to the airport, but on the last call at 00:30 ,someone pick up the phone...! after some minutes the hotel guy came and open the door...! It was the worst experience with hotel in my life, and I do travel a lot. The hotel was also durty, in a building with rats. So, I just need to say: DONT GO, please...! And you guys from the hotel must be ashamed about this!

Es ist beinahe unmöglich, das Hotel zu finden

Dieses Hotel ist in einem Privathaus und von außen nicht gekennzeichnet. Hat man es gefunden, steht leider nirgends, in welchem Stockwerk das Hotel ist, im Haus kennt es jedenfalls niemand. Nachdem man das Gebäude durchsucht hat, steht man im 7. Stock vor einer fest verschlossenen Tür. Läuten an der Tür hilft nichts, auch die Telefonnummer ist offenbar falsch. Nach einer Stunde kam ein Gast heraus, der uns dann erzählt, dass die Rezeption in einem völlig anderen Gebäude ist. Auch dieses Gebäude ist nicht leicht zu finden, es gibt aber wenigstens einen Portier.

the worst hotel ever

No information for checkin. Waited over for 1hour and wasted almost 3hours eventually. We thought we were cheated. Without help by local people, we couldn't get inside the room. It was just NIGHTMARE.
