The rooms were clean, the hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of items. The location was great, close to the Ladies Market and Nathan Road.

We did a 14 day stay as it was close to Mong Kok, restaurants and Michelin-star eateries in abundance nearby. Rooms are good sized and we had ajoining room for the kids, amenities are neat and tidy, staff are freindly and helpful. Was easy to get a big taxi to and from the airport.

Clean and tidy rooms perfect for solo traveller, breakfast as good and staff were very welcoming. They booked a taxi for me to catch an early flight from the airport which was very useful.

Very nice staff. One suggestion for improvement though: The "smart" TV is actually not quite smart. It cannot access YouTube directly. Even the older technology of "casting your own device to the TV" is not supported. It only has an option of connecting your device to the TV using the USB socket, but it does not work with modern phones or tablets. Smart TVs are very cheap these days. Upgrading every room with a modern smart TV will not cost much, but the stay will be much more enjoyable.

The hotel is located near ladies market and within walking of MTR transportation. Small restaurants located nearby to get a bit to eat. The staff spoke English and helped explain to the taxi driver where we wanted to go.
