Level 10 very dated and in need to repairs. One of the rooms smelt like cigarette smoke but the staff were able freshen up the room once they were made aware.

The hotel is out of dated and is currently renovating the upper levels. Isolation is poor and we could clearly hear the upper levels show and next rooms talking. Bed and pillows are uncomfortable and last 2 days my bed start making noice. Everyday we could smell someone smoking.The location is good and close to subway station.

At first I was assigned a room with wallpaper popping out and dripping water tap. The washroom is all mouldy. I requested a room change but the 2nd room’s washroom is not much better. The double bed is so uncomfortable that I had to request another mattress to be added on top. I understand the hotel has some floors renovated but I was not assigned the renovated room. Hotel location is very convenient & staffs tried to do what they could.

If you are not in a renovated room, it is disgusting. So old the paint on the roof and walls is peeling. The carpet is so old I was so scared of getting sick there. Do not book.
