Ants everywhere. Red ants on the bed and on the pillows, got bitten on body and face. There were ants on desk and counters. I’ve found ants inside my suitcase. I had to take them to the laundry shop. Had to clean the suitcase. Found them on my underwear. I’ve booked this hotel cause all the reviews were really good. I wasn’t expecting this at all. Also we had our room cleaned and they forgot the towels, which were then provided to us around 8pm. The only good thing is location. The ants situations was very disappointing. I don’t recommend this hotel.

My stay at Blue Sotel was AMAZING! I LOVED the location, it was walking distance from the beach and resided in a long strand of hotels, restaurants, bars, and spas. The views are great if you're lucky enough to get a mountain view. I initially checked in for 2 days and decided to extend my stay based off of my initial experience. I was a little underwhelmed with the new room I was checked into (there was bad caulking in the bathroom around the sink and shower that appeared to be black but, after sharing my health concern, they were kind enough to move me. The breakfast was really good too! This was the second hotel I stayed at in Krabi and I would totally book again.

Good location, a short walk to the beach, 7eleven next door. Bar was good with live music every night and showed the premier league football on the weekend. The room was clean and had everything you needed just a bit rough around the edges with holes in the curtain, stains on the ceiling, in need a of a bit of tlc, the housekeeping and breakfast team were lovely, always friendly when we saw them, the front of house team were a bit less so and it was a challenge to get information when needed. The hotel has towels for the pool and beach (these ones need a deposit 100tbh per towel) but worked well and was useful. The hotel was busy so no option of late check out and with a evening flight this was a little annoying, there are showers (cold) and towels available but no hair dryer or real space to get ready, also there’s no fixed luggage scale in reception and the ones they did have went missing so we weren’t able to check our luggage weight before leaving for the airport! The pool area was clean but mostly in the shade from early afternoon, a good amount of sun beds we were always able to get one, happy hours at the pool bar too with good deals. All in all, a good hotel, there’s no reason not to stay here just a couple of things which stop it from being excellent!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at BlueSotel. The staff were super friendly and caring and the hotel is surrounded by great food options and is only a few minutes walk from the beach. We were especially impressed with Pa, an employee in the restaurant, who was kind and considerate and went the extra effort to make sure our stay was exceptional. We would happily return to this hotel. .

Rooms were fine, Breakfast area was good. Reception staff let down the hotel - really suprising for Thailand that the staff were not couteous or friendly. Was also charged 500 baht for a misplaced room key. - only given 1 key per room for 2 people.

Check in was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool looked nice but didn’t use. Gym was small and had very limited dumbbells. Paper note on wall said AC available but didn’t try turning it on. Hallways do not have aircon. Our room AC was not effective at night even with it maxed out. The room was “only ok” for the price and we only stayed 1 night. I would not book here again because of the AC and our neighbours were so loud and kept opening closing their room doors. Terrible sound proofing. It was not a restful night for us.
