Room up high

The rooms are high up. Guests have to take a shuttle ti go up to their rooms. One elevator from the lobby but only to go up to the pool.

The bed is very comfortable. This is an older hotel with only 1 elevator with limited access to the multiple levels. The hotel layout is poor, we had to carry our luggage across the pool area up stairs to get to our room. The pool food service and house keeping is slow. The hotel is close to bars,food and currency exchanges. The beach is a bit if a walk, located at the end of the street. The breakfast buffet is okay, tasty.

Superbe hotel avec grande chambre et matelas confortables. A pieds de la plage d'Ao Nang et d'un sentier de singes macaques. Magnifique coucher de soleil sur la plage. Nice Hotel in Town Centre

Lovely hotel in the centre of town and a short walk to the beach. Clean, friendly and had a great little gym and modern, tasty restaurant. We only stayed 1 night and was on the front of the hotel as we had requested mountain view. The street outside is very noisy and may have been an issue if we stayed longer, but as we went to bed late and rose early, then we actually were not affected by outside noise. Very nice hotel if staying in town, very good quality.

OK but better places in Ao Nang .

The hotel is nowhere near the beach it is 500 m walk down a busy road . Lots of steps as the hotel is on a hill Very inflexible late check out rules after a long stay and IHG premium guest . Good food and nice helpful staff. Will not be repeating .

The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the beach. The street is busy with shops and restaurants and bars. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was so friendly. Would definitely stay here again

Everything was just great. Luna at the receptionen is the best and all staff smiles and are very helpful. Good and comfy room clean and all was good. Nice breakfast. Good location. I Can only recommend this hotel

Property is excellent, room great and breakfast buffet plentiful and tasty. Amenities are great, especially the Raphang Bistro and Bar and its unique setting by the street sidewalk Ang the live music every evening. The excursions day after day were long for us, the vendor was helpful arranging transportationn. Highly Recommend!

Really nice place to stay. Room was comfortable and quiet. Lots of choices on the breakfast buffet, and the pool was a great place to cool off. Great walking neighborhood with great nightlife and shopping. Try the Thai Family Restaurant up one of the nearby alleys!

Comfy hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The room was very comfortable. The only negative point was that soon after we checked in we noticed that the underside of the toilet seat was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned, we contacted reception twice about the problem and it took 40 minutes before anyone arrived to clean it.
