The apartment offers a bright living room with sofa beds, a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Its ground-floor location and direct outdoor access are ideal for guests with dogs. Walking and hiking trails along the Inn and to Untere Alz start right outside. High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, and dryer provide excellent conditions for workations or longer stays. Non-smoking, no parties. Dogs welcome. Please keep outdoor areas clean.

The modern holiday flats offer approx. 70 m², fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, WLAN, washing machine and 2-4 beds. Check-in is uncomplicated via a key box, parking spaces are available.

Our house has four separate flats - ideal for couples, families or small groups of friends who want to travel together but still value their own privacy. This is the perfect way to combine time together and retreat.
