Idyllic Swedish-style holiday home right on Lake Krakow in a small holiday home area with its own beach, bathing and boat dock. Ideal for relaxing, fishing, hiking, relaxing and swimming. Boat and bicycle rentals nearby.

On the ground floor of the house there is a living room with a fireplace, many books and games, TV with DVD player, radio with CD player, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (cooker, extractor hood, oven, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster) , Dishwasher), and a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed. From the living room and the dining area you have a beautiful view of the lake. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The upper floor, separated by a glass wall, contains two further single beds and a sitting area.

The terrace with lake view includes garden furniture, deck chairs, a parasol and a grill.

The lake with its own beach and boat and bathing jetty is only a few meters away. There is a boat rental nearby and a small restaurant is about a 5-10 minute walk away. An adventure playground is about 100m away in the holiday complex.

The center of Krakow am See with shops and other restaurants can be reached on foot in about 15-20 minutes. The area offers many excursions for every taste.

The price includes accommodation, water consumption, color TV, WiFi, parking space.
Minimum rental period in the main season from mid-June to early September and in the holiday seasons is one week, the remaining four nights.
Pets only on request.
To be paid on site: Electricity costs according to consumption (€ 0.35 per kWh), final cleaning (€ 40.00, for pets € 20.00 surcharge) and visitor's tax (May to September € 1.50 per person per day).
Deposit: € 100 per stay, payable on arrival.
Bed linen and towels are to be brought along, but bed linen can also be rented for € 8 per set and stay (bed linen and towels for € 10) if ordered in advance.

Smoking is not permitted in the house (non-smoking house).
Pets only allowed on request.
No parties, no events, no youth groups.
Change: every Saturday, arrival from 4:00 p.m., departure by 10:00 a.m., other appointments outside the high season possible by arrangement.

Für den, der die Ruhe liebt

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und verfügt über 6 Schlafgelegenheiten in 3 Zimmern. Sehr schön ist auch der Zugang zum See über einen komfortablen breiten Steg mit einer Leiter in das Wasser. Kleine Kinder können über den Strand in das seichte Wasser gelangen.

Ein total schönes Haus.

Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Sogar Küchenmaschine und Pürierstab sind vorhande. Backofen und Pfannen gut in Schuss. Alles sehr sauber. Die Umgebung ist super. Mit Fahrad aber auch zu Fuß. Die Badestelke sehr einladend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein traumhaft schöner Blick !

Wer die Ruhe und die Natur liebt ist hier genau richtig. Das schöne Haus mit seiner gemütlichen Einrichtung, sowie den traumhaften Blick auf den See, ist Urlaub pur. Wer Lust auf Wandern hat kann das ganz unbeschwert machen. Der große See mit seinen zahlreichen Vögeln ist ein Genuß. Rostock und Warnemünde sind auch gut zu erreichen und damit ist ein Tagesausflug zur Ostsee empfehlenswert.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr gemütlich, toll gelegen und für uns einfach perfekt. Unser Hund hat es auch genossen. Im März war es sehr einsam in der Feriensiedlung aber für uns geradezu perfekt. Wer Ruhe und wunderbare Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig!

Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren als Familie zu Dritt mit Hund in dem Ferienhaus. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Sehr geräumig, alles da, was man braucht. W-Lan funktioniert super. Das Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt, wäre noch ein i Tüpfelchen für unseren Hund gewesen. Sehr schöne Umgebung zum Wandern, nicht weit zur Ostsee und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Kamin hat uns im Herbst sehr warme gemütliche Abende beschert. Es war eine schöne Woche.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage am See ist traumhaft, vorallem der Blick von der Terrasse. Es ist schön ruhig, aber mit dem Fahrrad od. mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Krakow.Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und werden es gerne wieder buchen.

Schnuckeliges Ferienhaus in toller, ruhiger Lage!

Das Haus liegt sehr schön ruhig am Anfang einer Feriensiedlung und hat von der Terrasse aus einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und es gibt alles, was man braucht. Vom Ferienhaus aus kann man einen schönen Spaziergang durch Wald und Wiesen in den Ort Krakow machen. Uns hat es toll gefallen!

Schönen Urlaub in Krakow am See

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, das Haus war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Man kann da sehr schön spazieren und die Einkaufsgeschäfte sind innerhalb von 10 Autominuten zu erreichen. Viele positieve Elementen aber auch einige negative. Zum Beispiell der Grill war sehr dreckig, wir hatten zum Glück unseren Eigenen bei uns. Einen weiteren Punkt ist dass der Strand und der Steg für das ganze Ferienpark (ca. 20 Wohnungen) da sind und nicht Privat für die Wohnung sind. Auch Hunde dürfen da nirgendwo schwimmen.

Die Woche ging so schnell vorbei und wir haben jeden Tag genossen. Man erlebt Natur hautnah und durch die Nähe zum See entsteht ein ganz besonderer Effekt welcher zu jeder Tageszeit anders ist. Wir haben auf jedenfall vor wieder hier Urlaub zu machen.

Das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Wir waren 14 Tage dort und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Einziger Punkt - aber das ist meine persönliche Meinung: Ich musste mich an die Matratze erst noch gewöhnen, und habe 2 Nächte gebraucht. Ansonsten super nah am See, schön ruhig, da Nachsaison (keine Ferien mehr). Sehr hundefreundlich, wir hatten unseren Labrador dabei und keinerlei negative Erfahrungen gemacht.
