Flat ok. Service was a desaster!

Veeeeery unhappy with the service. On arrival had to drive around 1 hour with the taxi to get the key in a different place. 2nd thing- they hadn’t sent me the pin for the front door.. had to wait one hour in front of the door. Last and worst: wanted to cancel my last night of the stay, but no one was available in the office. In the end the last night was charged me without using it. Stay away!
