The hotel is new and everything is very clean. The location is perfect - near the old town and other tourist attractions. There is a lot of good restaurants and cafes on the same street where the hotel is located. Especially recommend a restaurant called Franca which is right next to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again!

The property was way better than anticipated. Be mindful that GPS may tell you that you must walk about 1/4 mile from the hotel, but you are able to drive directly to the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. We will stay again.

First the negative, which is only 1…We booked a comfort room for some privacy as it was advertised as a 2 bedroom, I wouldn’t actually class it as a 2 bedroom, on entering the door the bathroom was directly infront of you and a bedroom on either side but there was no doors on any of the bedrooms so not the privacy we were hoping for, that aside could not fault anything else. The Art Boutique Aparthotel was spotlessly clean, modern decor, tea/coffee replenished everyday, room has all the toiletries you require, hairdryer, minibar, etc. The location was excellent, about 5 mins walk to the main market square but there are numerous bars and restaurants nearer, convenience shop across the street, Starbucks next door, Mr pancake and mural food market a few steps away (loaded fries are fab). Would definitely return to the Art Boutique and had a great deal on Expedia

Jeg og min familie (sønnene våre på 20 og 17 år) var på fire dagers ferie i Krakow, og vi hadde et veldig fint opphold på hotellet. Vi fikk et stort og romslig rom med én dobbeltseng og to enkeltsenger, som passet perfekt for oss. Det som var bra: Rent og romslig rom Daglig rengjøring og bytte av håndklær hver dag Gratis vannflaske hver dag Veldig god beliggenhet Hotellet ligger i en stille gate, men samtidig svært nær gamlebyen. Det er mange spisesteder i samme gate – Starbucks, pizzarestaurant, kebabkiosk (åpen sent på kvelden), bakeri, puber, restauranter og dagligvarebutikk. Det var også enkelt å bestille Uber derfra, og det er gode forbindelser med offentlig transport. Resepsjonen er bemannet frem til kl. 23. Vi ankom Krakow sent på kvelden, og akkurat da vi landet ringte damen i resepsjonen for å bekrefte at jeg hadde mottatt e-post med instruksjoner for sen innsjekk. Hun forsikret seg om at vi kom oss trygt inn på hotellet før hun gikk for dagen. Det var virkelig god service og svært imøtekommende personale. Etter kl. 23 sendte de oss til og med en melding for å høre om innsjekkingen hadde gått bra – noe den gjorde. Instruksjonene for sen innsjekk var tydelige og enkle å følge. Vi elsket rommet vårt – det var veldig stort, med gode senger og en fin atmosfære. Vi hadde et flott opphold og kan absolutt anbefale dette hotellet videre. Vil book igjen neste gang vi skal til Krakov
