No funcionaba la calefacción en una habitación

l apartamento estaba bastante bien, limpio y muy bien situado...Pero no estaba bien la descripción del espacio ya que era engañosa. Porque escogimos este apartamento ya que como requisito imprescindible buscábamos que tuviera 2 camas y 2 habitaciones porque somos mayores, dormimos mal y queríamos tener independencia, silencio y poder descansar bien. Rechazamos muchas otras ofertas mas baratas. Pero al llegar en la entrada de la casa había un sofá cama y un armario de pequeño para dejar la ropa Y en el otro espacio donde estaba la cocina, el salón y la mesa de comedor es donde estaba la otra cama de matrimonio y sólo había una habitación independiente muy pequeña y sin armario. Además en esta habitación no funcionaba la calefacción, estaba a 14º-17º ( El primer día pensamos que es que se tardaba en calentar o que no habíamos sabido encenderla. Y cuando se lo dijimos a ellos nos dijeron que mandarían al servicio técnico, pero no nos lo solucionaron. A pesar de que nos llamaron para preguntarnos si podían pasar al apartamento para arreglarlo aunque no estuviéramos nosotras y les dijimos que si. Pero por la noche al llegar, sólo nos habían dejado una estufa eléctrica pequeña que no pudimos usar porque hacía mucho ruido y no nos dejaba dormir. Tuvimos que dormir las dos persona en la misma cama Aparte que ponía que había horno y no lo había, ni tampoco microondas.
