Good hotel . Tragic communication

Never got sent the code for my room , the front door or my room number till the day after. Landed at 9pm and was locked out of the hotel. Luckily a family was waiting inside and let me in, after phoning the owner I was told no reservation was under my name. They then found it and proceeded to send me the details. I then received the original email containing all the codes the next day which was a bit of a joke.

Cool place near old town

The room and location is great. I did not receive the codes to enter the building, so I had to contact the management by phone, and she was very friendly and sent me the information via WhatsApp. It was fine after that. I would stay again.

Walking distance to Old Town was just 10 minutes so very ideal getting to and from accommodation. Shop on the corner which was very useful to pick up snacks in the morning or on the night.

An economic room

Clean, comfy but there is not even a small fridge since they don't provide breakfast for free. Nice location, ten minutes on foot by the old city. Not recommended for people with disabilities. The problem is there is no reception desk just in case you need something and when i needed to add one more night, i tried via email and they declined it.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und generell geräumig. Sie ist jedoch definitiv nicht für 6 Erwachsene geeignet, auf der "Schlafcouch" können höchstens zwei Kinder beengt schlafen (wir mußten kurzfristig eine weitere Unterkunft zubuchen). Als Apartment würde ich die Unterkunft auch nicht bezeichnen, denn es fehlt eine halbwegs ausgestattete Küche: kein Kühlschrank, keine Kochmöglichkeit. Nur ein paar Tassen und Gläser und ein Wasserkocher. Der Zugangscode wurde uns erst nach Aufforderung am Vortag mitgeteilt. Wenn der Preis nicht so gut gewesen wäre, wäre diese Bewertung schlechter ausgefallen.

Our door lock broke and no one answered when we tried contacting them. Many other things broke down and no answer. We also had two rooms and three people staying but only got two breakfast vouchers. We didn’t get the registration code and had to call them many times about it.
