Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Cancelled less than 24 hours before check in and no correspondence AFTER we had fully paid for the reservation. Needed to call from a Polish phone number for anyone to answer my call. Received an email nearly 2 weeks later apologizing for the late response with a 5% discount code.
