This is one of my favorite hotels I've stayed at! The location was great, very central yet still not on a main street so it was a quiet and relaxing stay. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great with many fresh and tasty options to choose from. They have a nightly vodka tasting for guests. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Krakow!

The hotel is in a great location for the old town square, it was very clean with very helpful staff and a great breakfast. The only downside was we asked for a balcony which was lovely but it is on a very busy road, which at night was very noisy with the window open disturbing us a few times. Will definitley book again would just ask for a room away from the road.

The hotel was excellent. It was lovely and clean, aswell as being very comfortable. It was lovely and warm too. The staff were excellent and very helpful if you needed anything. Would highly recommend this hotel, it was only a short 7/10 minute walk to the Christmas Market too. The location is great and everything is within walking distance.
