Loved this hotel, so easy to get to the old town and other parts of the city either by foot or by tram. Only a 10minute walk to the train station and big shopping centre. The Italian restaurant on site was great. Breakfast was superb, huge selection of items. I’d stay here again. Lovely staff on reception that gave me a few plasters as my shoes had given me a blister! Can’t wait to come back on my next stay in Krakow

Excellent Hotel, spotless, new and modern. Large and beautiful rooms, spacious shower (but relatively weak water flow...), delicious breakfast and friendly staff. 10 minute drive by Uber to the old town. Excellent value for money. Totally recommended.

Clean, modern, good breakfast, and nice facilities. Distance from town center isn’t ideal but I don’t mind walking 25 minutes to get places. Public transportation is also an option. Would stay at this property again.

Krakow city break.

Due to problems with an air bnb, we booked this hotel at the last minute! All I can say is wow....what an absolute delight this hotel was. Amazing staff who are all helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic modern room with excellent facilities. On our next city break will definitely be looking to book with Radisson again.

Perfect hotel

Really lovely hotel. About a 10 minute walk to Krakow main station and 20 minutes to the main square. About 5 minutes to the nearest tram stop. Super comfy bed!

We stayed in the apartments for Radisson Krakow. We enjoyed the room and service. Clean, decent amount of space. The restaurant next door is delicious. There’s a small shop downstairs as well for drinks, snacks, etc. we were glad we picked this hotel.

Amazing hotel

This hotel is amazing. Rooms are great, everything that you need in the rooms, comfy beds, nice bedding & tea & coffee facilities. All the staff were so friendly, It has a really nice atmosphere and we would go back here if we visit again.
