The open kitchen on this floor is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. Also on this level, 1 bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a shower room with bidet and WC. On the upper floor, characterized by charming sloping ceilings, 2 additional bedrooms each feature 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This floor is served by a second shower room with WC.
