Constance, the largest city on Lake Constance, attracts numerous visitors every year. On the edge of the old town and just a few minutes' walk from the harbor, you will find the 70 m² holiday apartment "Alpenrose" on the top floor of a beautiful Art Nouveau villa.



The invitingly furnished apartment features a living room with two sofa beds for two people each and a single bed, a well-equipped kitchen with hobs, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge/freezer, a bedroom with a king-size bed, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment can accommodate up to seven people.



Amenities also include cable TV and Wi-Fi on request.



A washing machine is available on request and for an additional fee.



A shared balcony offers a lovely view of the garden. The fenced garden and outdoor area, planted with many flowers, are open to all guests of the house.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren 2 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Die Vermieterin ist mega nett und gibt gute Tips in der aumgebung Es war alles da was benötigt wird. Sehr schön, dass Toilette und Dusche getrennt sind, dadurch kommt es morgens nicht zum Stau wenn man mit mehreren Personen anteeist.
