Konstanz, the largest city on Lake Constance, attracts countless visitors every year. The romantic, winding old town, impressive cathedral, grand historic buildings, scenic lakeside baths, and proximity to Mainau Island are just some of the highlights. Konstanz is the perfect destination for culture lovers, families, nature enthusiasts, and city travelers.



Just a few minutes’ walk from the harbor and on the edge of the old town, you’ll find the approx. 30 m² holiday apartment “Room with Kitchenette Kletterrose” on the top floor of a beautiful Art Nouveau villa. This is the smallest living area in the Haus zum Rosentor and is best suited for younger guests.



The inviting apartment features a living/sleeping area with a king-size bed, a small kitchenette with stove, oven, coffee machine, and fridge/freezer, as well as a compact bathroom with shower and toilet (approx. 2 m²), accommodating 2 people.



Cable TV is included, and Wi-Fi is available upon request.



The washing machine can be used for longer stays by arrangement.



A shared balcony offers a lovely view of the garden. The fenced, flower-filled garden and outdoor area are available to all guests. Enjoy sun or shade—everyone will find their favorite spot here. A grill is also provided.



Pets are welcome and can stay free of charge.



A few meters from the property, a private lot with several parking spaces is available. You will receive a parking permit from your host, guaranteeing you a spot. For loading and unloading, parking is available directly in front of the house. There is a separate bike storage area in the basement.

Pros: Sehr angenehmer und hilfsbereiter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, Wohnung in gutem und sauberem Zustand, sehr gutes und bequemes Bett, fußläufige Entfernung zur Konstanzer Innenstadt, Parkmöglichkeit inklusive. Cons: Sehr beengtes Badezimmer unterm Dach mit Mini-Waschbecken, Wohnraum/Küche klein und lädt wenig zum Verweilen ein (kein Sofa mehr wie auf dem Foto, sondern nur zwei Sessel), Internetverbindung/WLAN mit Aussetzern.

Die Beschreibung des Objekts entspricht der Wirklickeit. Die Eigentūmerin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Wir kommen aus Spanien und sind an einer Klimaanlage gewöhnt. Bei einer Hitze wie in diesem Jahr, ist die Lage der Wohnung unter dem Dach nicht sehr vorteilhaft

Die herzige kleine Dachwohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Ich habe mit meiner Hündin eine Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super. Zu Fuss kann man alles erreichen, was man in einer Woche Ferien so braucht. Die Gastgeberin ist unkompliziert, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder.
