Built in 2019 and renovated in 2019, the holiday home is a semi-detached house, furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is situated in a lively area, in a residential district, in the town centre. The residence is popular also due to the view of the sea from the property and its sunny location. Available for exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.
