In the hamlet Bajčići 10 km from the centre of Krk, in a quiet, sunny position, 5.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 1'000 m2, wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (17 m2, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, pergola (10 m2), barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, air conditioning. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 450 m, supermarket 9 km, restaurant 550 m, bus stop 400 m, pebble beach 6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
