Beautiful villa with big private pool situated only 350 m from the first beach. This beautiful villa is situated in a small village called Kornic, between Punat and the city of Krk. It is situated on a perfect location; only 250 m from the first beach. The beach is grass and silic with lots of shades; perfect for the kids. There you can find plenty of restaurants, a marina, water skiing and lots of other entertainment. The villa is brand new, built in 2016. and has an amazing sea view. The house spreads over 2 floors, each one consisting of spacious living room with dining room and fully equipped kitchen, with an exit to the terrace/balcony with sitting set. Each floor has got 2 double bedrooms with their own bathroom, plus one separate toilet.
