The house is situated at a very convenient location, in a quiet neighborhood, a few minutes on foot away from the beach and 10 minutes walk to the downtown.

Apartment 2+1 is located on the ground floor and with a total area of 30 square meters provides ideal accommodation for up to three persons. Apartment consists of a one bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom and the lovely covered terrace equipped with a table and chairs.
