Modern and harmoniously decorated villa Quadra in its 200 m2 can accommodate 10 people in 5 modern bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor of the villa you can find one bedroom and bathroom. Exclusively decorated kitchens and dining areas are the perfect place for a family lunch, while you can relax and relax in the beautiful lounge area from the summer heat in a fully air-conditioned setting. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor, a storage room, a laundry room and a hall leading to the upper floor. On the upper floor you can find 3 beautiful bedrooms each with a separate bathroom and one children's room with bunk beds.

In the courtyard of the villa there is a beautiful swimming pool (9x6 m, 1,4 m deep) surrounded by 10 deck chairs. The pool can be heated. In the yard there is also an outdoor grill and the yard is fully fenced, providing the guests privacy. From the entertainment facilities available to our guests there is a children's playground, use of smart TV, football equipment (small goal) and sunbathing area.
