The apartment is not rented to young, noisy groups.

The apartment offers around 100 square meters spread over two floors and 40 square meters of terraces. It is fully equipped with everything, until recently we lived in it ourselves. It consists of three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with a bath, a gallery and a living room. On the gallery there is also the possibility for three more beds. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and gives the guest the feeling of being at home, the kitchen really offers everything you need.

And most important is a large 40 sqm terrace and two smaller balconies. The view extends from the terrace to the town of Krk and the sea and hills. In front of the house is a beautiful garden with a grill, table tennis and outdoor shower. There is also a storage room where you can store bicycles and other things. There is a large parking lot behind the house for up to eight cars.

Whole house as well as the guests are insured with us from Grawe.

City or beach can be reached in ten minutes on foot, or by car in two minutes.

Urlaub wie er sein soll

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir waren 8 Personen...sprich 2 Familien mit einem bzw. 3 Kindern / Teenagern. Das Objekt entsprach der Beschreibung...Eigentlich fehlte es an nichts. Lediglich das obere Bad war doch recht klein, war aber durch die beiden Aussenduschen kein Problem da alle diese nutzten. Es gab 2 Elternschlafzimmer für die Erwachsenen, ein Schlafzimmer für unsere 14 jährige mit einem 140cm Bett, eine Schlafnische für die beiden jüngsten, welche meiner Meinung nach nicht älter als 11Jahre seien sollten, da es doch eine recht kleine Nische war und eine Schlafcouch im offenen Wohnzimmer für unsere 16 jährige. Die Lage des Hauses war gut, ca. 1km zum Wasser, je nachdem welchen Strand man nutzen wollte auch mal etwas weiter. In Krk ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Im Haus machte der Neffe des Vermieters mit seiner Familie auch gerade Urlaub...Somit war die Grillgelegenheit am Haus leider etwas eingeschränkt, aber es gibt auf krk gute Restaurants ; -) Der Garten am Haus war top...Wir konnten täglich frische Feigen ernten. Kurzum ein schöner Urlaub...gerne wieder. Danke an unseren Vermieter

Krk Surfers Lodge

Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Bietet alles, was man braucht (vor allem die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich mit Pfannen, Schüsseln usw. ausgestattet). Neue Klimaanlage, die sehr gut funktioniert. Zum Strand und Altstadt 5-10 Minuten Gehen (allerdings Bergrunter).

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Wir, zwei Familien mit bereits erwachsenen Kindern, verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche auf Krk in diesem Appartment mit einer großen Terrasse. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Der Kühlschrank war zur Begrüßung mit kühlen Getränken gefüllt. Auch sonst war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht und alles war super sauber. Für die Sauna war es zu heiß, aber es war ein Traum, die beiden Außen-Gartenduschen zu benutzen. Wir durften von den Feigenbäumen soviel Feigen essen, wie wir wollten Zum Strand konnte man zu Fuß hinunterlaufen - zurück geht es dann etwas bergauf. Extrem nett, gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit sind die beidem Vermieter, die uns sogar zu einem leckeren Grillabend eingeladen haben Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hervorragende Unterkunft

Die Wohnung war hervorragend. Ziemlich sauber, voll ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Garten ist toll. Die Betten inkl. Matratzen sind super. Die Vermieterin ist sehr gastfreundlich. Willkommensdrinks waren inklusive. Das Haus ist am Hang gebaut. Im unteren Bereich befindet sich der tolle Garten mit Außenduschen und eine Wohnung, in der weitere Gäste untergebracht werden können. Dort übernachtet auch separat teilweise die Vermieterin. Von der Straße aus kommt man direkt in den oberen Teil des Hauses, in dem wir untergebracht waren. Dieser Teil (Wohnung) beteht aus EG und OG. Im EG ist neben Wohnzimmer und Küche ein separates Bad und Schlafzimmer. Im OG zwei weiteren Schlafzimmer mit separatem Bad und eine kleine Schlafnische (Galerie) für bis zu 3 oder 4 Personen. Wir waren zu 8 in diesem Teil des Hauses. Der Platz war sehr ausreichend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Konsum usw.) gibt es genügend in der Gegend. Bis ans Meer läuft man sehr bequem ca. 10 min. Unbedingt Schutz vor Moskitos mitnehmen.

Excellent accueil et magnifique maison

Nous avons été accueillis comme des rois, nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis très bien dans cette superbe maison. La terrasse avec vue sur Krk est top, la cuisine est très bien équipée, il y a un terrain de pétanque et une table de ping-pong, tout est parfait! Les propriétaires sont vraiment super gentils et nous accueillent comme des amis. La maison est vraiment proche du centre et les plages aux alentours sont très biens, on trouve soit des plages amenagées, soit de criques plus sauvages. Nous recommandons Krk et cette maison.

Kroatische Gastfreundschaft

Das Haus war genauso wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben, wie auf den Bildern. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, alles was man braucht und noch mehr. Es waren sogar einige Gewürze (Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig, ...) zu Verfügung gestellt. Wenn wir das gewusst hätten, dann wäre unser Gepack weniger gewesen :) Auch Messer, Schneidbrett, Kaffeemanschine, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Gelsenstecker und vieles mehr war Vorhanden. Toll! Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden zur Verfügung gestellt! Wir wurden mit Getränken empfangen und das Haus wurde uns gezeigt (die Mülltrennung ist recht "streng" doch am zweiten Tag ist man schon ein richtiger Profi!) Genügend Parkplätze direkt vor der Türe und Wlan vorhanden (für die jüngere Generation doch wichtig), der Weg in die Stadt ist sehr kurz und gut über die Stufen erreichbar (einfach danach fragen bei den Besitzern, dann muss man nicht die Hauptstraße entlang gehen) , der Griller war groß und sogar Grillwerkzeug vorhanden (Grillzangen und großes Grillgitter für Fische - die Fische kann man entweder im Supermarkt oder direkt in der Früh am Hafen bzw, am Fischmarkt kaufen), die Aussenduschen sind toll (Vorhang für Privatsphäre und Innenbeleuchtung). Die Teresse ist groß und hat einen Tisch und ausreichend Sesseln und auch "Liegestühle". Die Besitzer vermitteln das Gefühl "zu Hause zu sein". Wenn man Fragt gibt es Tips für Strände und was man sehen sollte und am Ende der Woche gabs ein gemeinsames Abendessen.
