Private: property 1'150 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool, indoor pool heated (11 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, fitness room, hot tub, trampoline, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 850 m, bus stop 5 km, shingle beach 5 km. Please note: airfield 25 km from the property. Private: swimming pool (50m2, depth: 1,50m, angular, heated, available 01.04.- 15.10.).
