Fünf Sterne mit paar kleinen Abstrichen

Grundsätzlich ist Kroatien immer schön, fahren seit 20 Jahren hier hin. Dieses Jahr das erste mal Krk. Zum Haus, es ist alles da was man braucht aber keine 5 Sterne. Die Ausstattung ist normal (wie gesagt wir haben über 20 verschiedene Häuser gehabt) dies war bisher das teuerste! Daher auch die Erwartung höher. Der Pool ist top auch mit den Liegen im Wasser, die Größe auch Top. Den Innenpool und die Fitnessgeräte haben wir nicht benutzt. Es fehlt ein Sonnenschirm, da ab dem Mittag die Sonnenliegen nicht mehr im Schatten sind. Sonnenliegen waren für uns ausreichend vorhanden. Die Schaukel haben wir uns nicht getraut zu nutzen, kam uns morsch vor. Schön auch die Botscherbahn. Der Grill ist null 8 15 Steingrill, der Außentisch und Stühle auch normal, manche bereits mit Kabelbinder geflickt. Klimaanlage hat top funktioniert. Schlafzimmer, Bäder alles ok. Bei der Toilette im EG konnte man unten nicht abschließen. Im Pool ist ein Abfluss, dieser ist mit einem Plastikdeckel versehen, soweit normal. Problem ist, das dieser Kaputt ist und man mit den Füßen hängen bleibt. Ist jetzt viel negativ wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unserer Meinung nach für fast 4.500€, kann man mehr erwarten. In Istrien ( ja keine Insel) gibt es vergleichbare Häuser oder schönere zu günstigeren Preisen.

Unvergessliche Ferien in der Villa Cecilia

Wir durften zwei wunderbar erholsame Ferienwochen in der Villa Cecilia auf der Insel Krk verbringen. Die Villa sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos und hat unsere Erwartungen zum Teil sogar übertroffen! Der Gastgeber David war immer erreichbar wenn wir Ihn gebraucht haben. Auch die von David für die Gäste organisierten Boots -Touren sind sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Traumhafte Villa

Die Villa ist super schön, traumhafte Lage toller Garten. Alles ist gepflegt und sauber und entspricht der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick ins Grüne und kann die Ruhe genießen Wir waren 2 Familien und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, alles lief ohne Probleme. Und obwohl wir bei der Anreise 2 Stunden zu früh dran waren hatten wir Glück und konnten eher ins Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Ein Stück Himmel auf Erden

Einer der schönsten Orte.. wunderschöne Villa inmitten von Natur, man kann die Seele baumeln lassen und das Leben einfach nur genießen , alles super hergerichtet und unendlich gastfreundlich … Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt… Nebenan ein kleiner Familienbetrieb wo man lecker essen kann , unbedingt den Salbeischnaps der Inhaberin probieren 😉 Ganz lieben Dank an David, dass wir diese Perle von Haus erleben durften.. wir kommen definitiv wieder 😇🙏

Schöne Villa - sieht tatsächlich so aus wie auf den Bildern

Waren im Sommer 2022 für 7 Nächte zu Gast. Für vier Erwachsene, drei Kinder und ein Hund war das Haus mehr als ausreichend. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Außen- aber auch im Innenpool (inkl. Gegenstromanlage). Großzügiges Grundstück mit Parkplätzen. Komplett ausgestattete Küche. Werde die Unterkunft definitiv in positiver Erinnerung behalten.

schönes Haus

Alles so wie auf den Bildern hier auf der Plattform gezeigt vorgefunden. Haus sauber und geräumig. 3 Schlafzimmer (2 * franz. Doppelbett; 1 * 2 Einzelbetten) mit jeweils Bad en Suite im OG, 1 Schlafzimmer (franz. Doppelbett mit Bad en Suite), sep. Gästetoilette, Wohn- Esszimmer und Küche mit offenem Raumkonzept im EG und eine SPA / Fitnesslandschaft mit Dusche und Indoorpool im UG. Überdachte Terrasse mit Essplatz, Pool, Barbecue-Ecke, … direkt am Haus. Kleine Spielecke für kleine Kinder (Schaukel, Klettergerüst und Trampolin) und eine Boulebahn für die „großen“. Alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht und in einem *****Haus auch erwarten darf. Wir waren als 2 Familien mit 6 Personen (4 Erw. und 2 Teenager) vor Ort – Haus ist hierfür wie geschaffen. Genug Raum für die Privatsphäre jedes einzelnen aber auch nicht so geräumig, dass man sich verloren fühlen würde. Wenn es etwas zu meckern gäbe wäre es das etwas eigenwillige elektrische Gartentor, das nicht immer das tut, was die Fernbedienung eigentlich auslöst, der nicht funktionierte zweite TV im UG und das Konzept des Nutzgartens – wenn keiner pflegt und alle nur ernten ist das Erscheinungsbild entsprechend. Anregen würde ich mal darüber nachzudenken ob nicht auch noch der ein oder andere TV in einem Schlafzimmer installiert werden könnte, um Interessenskonflikte beim TV-Programm auszuschließen, Apropos TV: alle gängigen deutschen TV-Programme sind empfangbar. Der Verwalter David ist freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und hat sich auch gleich um den defekten TV und das Gartentor gekümmert – gibt gute Ratschläge für z.B. Restaurants und steht auch sonst für alle Anliegen rund ums Haus zur Verfügung. Hat immer kurze Reaktionszeiten. Gerne mal wieder dorthin.
