The summer bungalow and the separate holiday apartment are situated in a quiet location away from the village on a separate recreational property, separated from the owner's residential property. There is a marvellous distant view of the Baltic Sea from the property. Both accommodation units have a terrace, barbecue and car parking space. Water and energy consumption are included in the total price. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. The holiday accommodation is only available to holiday guests (no fitters/workers welcome).

The summer bungalow has a size of approx. 44 square metres and can be used by up to 4 people. Equipped with living room (double sofa bed, sitting area, TV, radio), 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x bed with trundle bed), mini-kitchen (with electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC. The bungalow has no heating.

Jennewitz is a village north of the small town of Kröpelin on the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast. The seaside resort of Kühlungsborn is approx. 8 km away. Shopping facilities and restaurants can be found within a radius of approx. 2.5 km. Tourist tax is payable on site.
