Apartment 3 is located in the attic of the house and offers a view of the Baltic Sea. The 18m² 1-room apartment is furnished with quality furniture. The apartment has a couch, a small dining area, a 32 flat screen TV with Smart TV, a wardrobe and a queen size bed (140x200). The kitchen area is fully equipped with 2 hotplates, dishwasher, fridge freezer, combi oven, toaster, kettle, coffee etc. The bathroom with shower and toilet has a heated floor. From the kitchen leads out to the balcony which offers a beautiful view of Usedom and the Freester harbor. The pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Close proximity to Freester harbor and shallow sandy beach is the Blu Hus with its 4 apartments. The four apartments are modern, yet comfortably furnished with quality furniture. All feature a bathroom with heated floors, dishwasher, flat-screen TV with DVD player and satellite channels and a view of the sea or the harbor Freester and Usedom. At the house there is a barbecue and a small children's playground and for each apartment 1 parking. In house guests will find washer and dryer available for use. For your own bikes there is a large bicycle shed. Cot and high chair are provided free of charge if required. Sauna use (for a fee) only from October to March or by arrangement. From October to March from 7 nights 1 sauna session included!  In the house there is a hotspot of the German Telekom (WLAN TO GO). Smoking in the house as well as the bringing of pets are not allowed.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
