The charming Villa Mendula is located in a small village near the Istrian town of Labin. In front of the villa there is a private pool next to which you can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of this region. Outside you will find a summer kitchen with a spacious dining table and a wonderful fireplace, where you have the opportunity to spend cozy summer evenings with family and friends.

The interior of Villa Mandula exudes a traditional Istrian atmosphere. The interior of the villa extends over the elevated first floor where you will find a comfortable living room and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with dining area. On the same floor there are two double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds, as well as two spacious bathrooms. But that's not all - at Villa Mendula you will also have two terraces at your disposal, where you will enjoy a magnificent view of the untouched nature.

The nearest beach is only 9 km away from the villa, but Istria also offers other fabulous beaches along the coast. Istria is known for numerous hiking and cycling trails, so don't miss the opportunity to take short trips to the surrounding towns where you will have the chance to taste the traditional specialties of this region. Be sure to visit the romantic towns of Labin and Rabac. If you want to visit the larger towns, we recommend visiting the historic town of Pula and the Roman amphitheater, as well as other valuable sights. We definitely recommend a full-day excursion to the Ucka Nature Park or the Brijuni National Park.

In dem geräumigen Ferienhaus, in ruhiger Lage, ließ es sich wunderbar entspannen.Die neuen Bäder, der schöne Pool, die große Terrasse und vor allem das dazugehörige Poolhaus hat uns sehr gefallen. Von den beiden Balkonen am Haus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die ländliche Idylle.Auch unserem Vierbeiner hat es sehr gefallen. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und das Ambiente liebevoll gestaltet. Auch das Meer ist nicht weit, am Hafen lässt es sich gut parken und die Strandbar lädt zum verweilen ein.Wir hatten sehr entspannte Ferien, auch durch die unkomplizierte und sehr herzliche Kommunikation mit der Vermieter-Familie.

Eine schöne geräumige Unterkunft.

Eine schöne geräumige Unterkunft. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Tolle Küche und Bäder. Der Große Pool und das Poolhaus sind auch richtig toll. Sehr ruhige Lage. Zum Badestrand am Meer aber schon ein Stück zu fahren. Falls wir mal wieder in dieser Ecke Urlaub machen kommen wir gerne wieder.

Wir hatten 3 Wochen im Juli „Familien Urlaub“ gemacht - Enkelkindern, Kinder und Grosseltern Die Gastgeberin ist ein Perle. - sie hat uns mit Wein, Kuchen und jeder Menge Ratschläge versorgt. Das Poolhaus ist eine ausgezeichnete alternative um zusammen zu sein und alles dabei zu haben - die klimatisierte Räume sorgen für ruhige Nächten bei den 28-30 grad Temperaturen abends, die wir hatten. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - du kommst an und fühlst dich sofort zuhause - der Urlaub kann beginnen. Für alle, die den Urlaub nach der Einkunft geniessen wollen, ist die ideale Wahl, dadurch vermisst man nicht einmal das Meer wohin ca. 8-10 Minuten fahren muss. Es war einfach alles perfekt was diese Villa betrifft, würden jederzeit in Anspruch nehmen. Danke nochmals den Gastgebern für alles nicht nur für den leckeren Wein und Kuchen. Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit, wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.
