Villa Cezarina Istria is completely renovated in 2020. It is located in the town of Kršan, in beautiful Istria. This lovely Istrian house is ideal for all lovers of nature and greenery as well as for those looking for peace and relaxation It has four rooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a balcony. It has complete equipment witch includes air conditioning, dishwasher, laundry machine, flat TV, WI-FI…
There is also a garage that fits two cars.
The amazing restaurant is just 10 minutes walking and the shop is 2 minutes walking. Alongside a swimming pool (32m2) surrounded by sun loungers, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim every day. There is also a barbecue corner and garden furniture in the courtyard where you can relax in complete privacy enjoying a glass of good wine and preparing fresh food for your family and friends. The backyard is so big so you can easily play football or badminton on it. There is also all equipment provided for playing table tennis.
