The Space:
Welcome to the Baltic Sea house “Boje” - your vacation home to unwind. Our semi-detached house impresses with its unagitated serenity and lightness - like a buoy in a safe harbor.
The house was built in 2021 and offers plenty of space for up to 8 people on 120 m² of living space with a large garden. The property is located directly on the stream in the village of Krummin, close to the harbor.
The interior is of high quality, bright and friendly, impresses with its fresh design according to the motto “sea blue meets amber” and aims to inspire and delight our guests.
In the living room, the dining area flows seamlessly into the modern, fully equipped kitchen. There is also a fireplace here, which makes for cozy hours with your loved ones.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with brand-name appliances, such as a Siemens induction stove and Moccamaster filter coffee machine.
The accommodation also features a sauna, a fitness area with innovative sports equipment from NOHrD, and a creative room with a balcony that can be used as an additional lounge or work area with a desk, magnetic board, and hanging chair.
The bedrooms of the accommodation are kept in their very own designs. The first bedroom “Soft Sunset” has a 180x200cm bed, the second bedroom “Sunnyside Beachhouse” has a 160x200cm bed. The third bedroom “Wavey Dreams” is located on the first floor with barrier-free access to the bathroom and has a 140x200cm bed. The fourth bedroom is the creative and study room “Creative Wave”, which is equipped with a 140x200cm sofa bed as a possible extra bed. From this room you have access to the balcony.
We would like to point out that the property is not fenced and therefore access to the stream is a risk for small children.
The accommodation has two terraces: A breakfast terrace with morning sun and views over the stream and along the famous Lindenallee and the terrace in the garden facing south and west, which is great for relaxing on the sun lounger, by the fire bowl or having a cozy barbecue.
There are two parking spaces available at the property.
The entrance is at ground level. Suitable for walkers.
Guest Access:
There is a panoramic sauna outside with a relaxing view over the fields and avenue. In consultation with guests of the neighboring house, you can use it at any time for 5 euros per hour.
Electric cars can be charged for 50 cents/kwh and e-bikes can be charged free of charge in the lockable shed using sockets.
Getting Around:
Krummin is a tranquil place on the Krumminer Wiek and Peenestrom. Cyclists like to come here to take a break.
The natural harbor, where you can stop for a beer, wine and BBQ, and the “Naschkatze” café, with its idyllic garden and the best cakes and tarts on the island, are definitely among the highlights of Krummin.
The brick church of St. Michael directly on the medieval trade route is one of Krummin's sights and well worth a visit. The municipality also offers beautiful walking, cycling and jogging routes across rapeseed and grain fields, along the Peene river with its beautiful reed banks and dykes.
The property has a shed for storing your bicycles. Bikes can also be hired in the immediate vicinity.
