💬 Our standard check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. Please update us in advance if you have any requests. Late check-out fee applicable.

🔴 Visitation or last-minute additional guests are not allowed.

🔴 STRICTLY NO illegal activities are allowed in the Suite. Necessary actions will be taken, and booking cancellations will incur no refund.

🔴 Item Damaged: We will send replacement to you at the earliest once reported. Charges apply based on the condition of the item.

🔴 Let the furniture stay where they belong. DO NOT rearrange the furniture for any purpose.

🔴 Take the garbage out when it's full, throw the garbage bag into garbage room on the same floor located at the lift lobby, and clean the dishes after using them.

🔴 Lost and Found: Keep up to 30 days only. Cost to be borne by the guest if wish to collect via shipping method.

🔴 Building Quiet Hours: 10PM to 8AM

🔴Turn off all electric appliances and switches when they are not in use (except WiFi devices and fridge)

🔴 No pets are allowed. Please speak to us if you have service pets.

🔴 No shoes in Tenang Suite.

🔴 Always keep the wooden flooring/bath area floor dry.

🔴 Be sure to switch off the Water Heater after your shower to avoid overheating the Water Tank on the ceiling.
