Perfekt gelegen

Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und hervorragende Lage in Chinatown. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet und bequeme Zimmer, unseres (Nummer 722) hatte sogar eine Glasfront, so dass wir auch vom Bett aus auf die Stadt schauen konnten.

Bon hôtel pour se poser entre deux vols

Nous voulions un hôtel d'ou on pouvait visiter Kuala Lumpur le temps de 3 nuits. L'hôtel n'était pas pour nous une priorité car nous comptions passer tout notre temps à l'extérieur. Concernant son emplacement, pas mal, proche d'une station de métro, proche du quartier chinois. Je pense qu'on peut aller à la tour de la télé à pied. Si vous avez de la chance, vous pourrez avoir la vue sur la tour de la télé et les tours Pétronas. Personnel agréable et serviable. Aucune remarque au niveau de la propreté, rien n'était sale ou douteux. En somme, un hôtel sans rien de particulier, ou on y dort bien. Petit déjeuner varié.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Städtereise nach KL

In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zu Chinatown gelegen kann man von diesem Hotel aus gut zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten Kuala Lumpurs aufbrechen. Bushaltestelle des Citytour-Busses liegt ca. 200-300 Meter entfernt. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und in der Regel auch kompetent. Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Das Bad war zwar schon älteren Jahrgangs, aber sauber. Frühstücksbuffet bietet große Auswahl und umfasst auch viele lokale Speisen. Größter Schwachpunkt war während meines Aufenthalts das WLAN, das sehr häufig für längere Zeit (durchaus auch mal 12 Stunden) gar nicht funktionierte. Legte man darauf viel Wert, war man leicht aufgeschmissen, da es insbesondere Abends eher Glückssache war, ob das WLAN nutzbar war. Allerdings wurde am Vorabend meiner Abreise ein neues System eingeführt, das die WLAN-Nutzung nur noch mit Nutzername und Passwort (beides an Rezeption erhältlich) ermöglichte. Damit funktionierte der Zugang auch reibungslos, allerdings musste ich mich am nächsten Morgen neu einloggen, hatte die Zugangsdaten aber nicht, da diese am Vorabend nur von der Rezeptionsmitarbeiterin in mein Handy eingetippt worden waren. Leider wusste die Dame an der Rezeption noch nichts von dem neuen System und konnte mir keine Zugangsdaten geben. Mittlerweile dürfte das neue System dort aber etabliert sein, sodass Hoffnung besteht, dass der WLAN-Zugang zukünftig zuverlässiger genutzt werden kann.
