Budget Hotel with Budget Service

I have serious issues about the lift, which appears to be very faulty. It has no aircon and is very humid, and it does not work properly. From the second floor it is a problem to go down and the doors are not working properly. They will close three times before the lift will actually move. The "close doors" button does not work anymore. Someone is going to get stuck in those lifts one day. While you are here there are no cleaners and the towels are not changed each day. So you must remake the bed yourself. Better off paying an extra $10 a night and you can get another hotel in the same area with more service.

Great place to stay, very close to mall and park

Check-in 15/8, 16/8 morning shower and toilet water is very slow, 16/8 late evening asked at reception - being told that all has been told but I have not receive any info, 17/8 morning there's totally no shower water except water from tap sink , Cuckoo water purifier filter out of water. Expressed my dissatisfaction during checkout at 9am while informing Expedia CS at the same time.

Hotel is only 5mins walk from sunway pyramid, which is convenient. Only cons i feel is theres no hot shower, but i understand that its an eco hotel. It is definitely worth the amount paid

Eco friendly hotel but need upgrade

Water basin is rushed. Toilet curtain has grown molds. Most importantly, towels looked old n need replacement. Free carpark space only for 2 cars, the rest is payable starting 8am. Good location is no doubt( Sunway pyramid shopping centre) & surrounding a lot of malay/ Indian foods +KFC is there. Convenient stores within walking distance.
