There was a slight misunderstanding on the extra charges whereby the property was asking for deposit cleaning fee, but cleaning fee was not mentioned anywhere on Expedia. Plus the price on Expedia has already included all extra fees. After back and forth discussion with property owner, I had to call Expedia to resolve this matter and Expedia agreed to get me a refund on the cleaning fee. Property itself is big and spacious, beds were comfortable. Tub in master bathroom only had hot water, so it’s unusable. There were no laundry detergent provided but the washing machine/dryer was great, it dried up clothes fast! Gym and swimming pool were good too. All in all, it was a pleasant stay for the size and price.

Lotsa patience needed with super rude security.

Guards were unnecessarily rude and rigid. Act like they own the units and talk to you like you're stupid when you have questions. Checkin was via registration at security counter and you collect your keycard and keys from another security officer who treats you like you're even stupider compared to guy at guardhouse. No clear communications at all and master room aircond was down. Had to contact hotels.com to get maintenance guy to come by but when we left and removed the card from the slot, the aircond stopped working again in the master room. No human contact or personal touch except with super rude security officers. I checked out a day earlier and left the key with the lady at the counter and got a message on my actual checkout date about my checkout time Can definitely do better with communications. Pool was closed during the entire period of stay and we were not informed prior. Had to find out via a notice in the lift. That said, apartment was comfy for our family of 10.

Nice and close to everything

Place was really good for family and location is really close to down town KL. I will recommend it to anyone and I'll book it again if I go back in KL.
