Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. They demanded cash only, refused to process my credit card, and even tried to keep my passport as collateral when it was their machine that wasn’t working.
The room was a mess — broken lights, no WiFi, and a photo falling off the wall — and the staff were rude, unhelpful, and completely disorganized. I couldn’t make payment until the third day, and they kept asking me to change my plans to match their manager’s availability instead of fixing their own system.
To make matters worse, they’ve got fines for ridiculous things like putting organics in the wrong bin or getting a drop of water in the elevator, and they charge extra for everything, including CLEANING YOUR ROOM and even towels to use the pool. If you don’t want your guests to use the amenities, then don’t list them.
An absolute nightmare from start to finish. Avoid this place entirely.
