Lots of potential

The hotel is currently undergoing an upgrade and has a lot of potential. The apartment is large and has a kitchen but only one small frying pan and a pot. The rooms are not cleaned properly.the cleaner needs to get into the corners and also scrub the shower. The swimming pool was nice but also needed a good scrub around the water line. Great location. Very friendly staff.

I stayed in the king suite which was very outdated and in need of renovation. The air conditioning unit was directly outside the window which was roaring all night. Which made it hard to sleep. The bathtub although very nice, was chipped and had dirt along the sides. Aswell as the sink area. I guess you get what you pay for in KL

All of the staff were very friendly and very helpful. Room (one bedroom suite) was fantastic. Pool on 18th floor was great. Both the Pavilion Mall and the Suria Mall are within easy walking distance of the hotel. No complaints

The facial recognition system needed to get into the place and operate the lift did not work and according to google reviews, often does not work. This meant I had to find staff anytime I wanted to go in and up to our room.

The property is in a great location but the room left much to be desired. Stains on rugs, ripped sheets, leak from bathtub and bedside table had exposed adhesive and someone else’s hair stuck in it. While I nearly tried to find other accommodation, we stuck it out. The price was good and housekeeping came each day which was great, but I wouldn’t stay again.
