android box with 500+ channels is awesome. sofa bed is very useful. an electric kettle would be a good addition.

The bad. - condo parking is so confusing. The alphabet is not in sequence. Exit signage bring u to nowhere. - water heater switch is not workg. Couldnt find the aircond switch at first (which was behind the curtain) Need to properly labelled or directed. - Entrance door cannot be locked from inside. Lock is faulty. Luckily Grille can lock. - All else is good.
