This property is located in a convenient place with a MRT station nearby and a shopping centre below. However, the management team really needs some improvements to make this place more welcoming to the guests.
When we checked in, we found there were multiple issues with the unit: 1) the washer machine was actually very hard to reach -- it was placed outside with a giant AC over the head; 2) the AC did not work well -- it might need some basic maintenances; 3) the housing keeping staff did not prepare the toilet paper and shower gels -- they were all empty when we checked in; 4) there was water leakage in the toilet; 5) the window could not be fully closed; 6) there were multiple remote controls left on the desk however there was no instruction on which one to be used for the TV.
Finally, communication was a major issue. When we reached the unit, we needed a card to turn the power on. All the room keys we had were put in plastic covers and they were not fit the card port. We were not sure if we were supposed to open the plastic cover to use the room key. So, i called the front desk who told us to wait someone to come up for help. Then, we waited in hot air for over 15 mins and no one came. Then, I called again. This time, a lady told us to open the cover to use. What a terrible communication? Why you asked us to wait in the first place? Why nobody came if you said so?
In short, the management team did not work well.
