They are quite bit of smell when we first enter the room. We bought our own air freshener and spray into the whole room including their sofa. Toilet cabinet below sink and tv cabinet spoiled. Probably happened during others customer stay. Kitchen tools provided, got dining table and there is a washer. Overall im satisfied with the service. Easy to deal with 😊

1. Table's leg not attach to the table (unscrewed). Luckily I not put any glasses on the table. 2. No tv signal. The agent only told me after i checked in. 3. Useless security guard, doesnt know what they talk about. I cant park even for a while to meet agent (to handover key). Even ask the location also they doesnt know.

One of the room was without curtain...

One of the room was without curtain!!! And because this 'suite' is located at I-City, where buildings are heavily decorated with LED lights, it was very bright even at night so curtain is a MUST for bedroom or else you'll have difficulty sleeping... Unfortunately, it was already 1am in the morning (we arrived the suite very late after meeting), with no choice, we had to move the curtain in the living room to bedroom ourselves... :(

The check-in procedure was not established for a 1st timer and I had to keep calling the host for key collection and number access to the unit. The bathroom rugs were just washed and wet when I arrive which is not pleasant.

離市區太遠，不過環境一級棒！有露台

整體非常舒適，聯絡有點麻煩但是服務人員態度非常不錯，入住舒服，有陽台，洗衣機，有家的感覺！酒店設施完善附近還有一個主題公園很棒，樓下還有很漂亮的地方可以拍照！有gym room 泳池一望無際 推介入住的！
