Location was super convenient to all the shopping malls. All malls were interconnected via underground passages. Rooms and Apartment were datedb. Common toilet drainage was terrible. Chocked drainage. Missing Fan remote for Hall , and was reported to Counter.

Room insides the apartment building and located on the top of shopping mall. Be difficult to find the lift to get in the reception. Overall journey from the lift to the building to the room isn't be good. Room is so so when you compare to any 2 or 3 star hotel. If you could pay a bit more, you're better to choose Grand Millennium where's opposite, or any other hotel nearby at the similar rate.

Good and superb location

Location is super fantastic, it is located within proximity of major malls in Bukit Bintang, load of food choices and shopping. The property is a little old and run down but considering the price, I guess it is liveable. Have stayed there for years due to the location and pricing. Only feedback is that it should go for some upgrading in facilities.

Hotel is located in a prime city location, every major shopping centers is within walking distance. I would like to suggest that the hotel staff check on the equipment available in the hotel every time guest checks out to ensure that equipment are in working condition for the next guest to use.
