Woke up itching and found bed bugs crawling on the pillow at 2 in the morning. Got a immediate room change, but got no form of compensation for the inconvenience. Had multiple bites on both arms and body, and was itchy for several days. Was also uneasy during check out because I was unsure if any got onto my clothes/luggage.
