Staffs were very kind and helpful. She tried her best to assist me with refund of my Penang train tickets. In the end we had to go to Penang as they don’t offer refund. ( I think she was the Manager or she should be as she was very customers focused) Cleaners were polite and did a good job every morning. Porters were readily available to assist you with luggages. It has been a long time when we have been in a hotel that staffs were all excellent. We will return to this hotel in the future. Location was good.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to KL. An added bonus is that the hotel is located with 5mins walk to popular shopping malls and restaurants.

The lighting in the bathroom was very dark to dark actually so if your a woman And you have to do your hair or makeup it is extremely difficult to see ,there is no ceiling light or portable light to bring in the vanity area it is only the vanity light on the mirror not enough lightning and the corners on the floors in my room ,shower and restroom was not very clean it was built up dust in each corner and around the sink had rust on the silver part of the faucet .Other than that the staff was exceptionally nice very helpful always willing to help you everyone had great customer service

Overall our stay was great, a few minor issues but were sorted very quickly by the lovely duty manager on site. He made us feel very welcome. Room was spacious and service staff were lovely especially at the restaurants. Great location with wonderful views of the petronas towers.

The room was not properly cleaned. On my first night, the doorbell even rang by itself at midnight, which was quite unsettling. I also found a room slipper from the previous guest underneath the wardrobe.

Stunning, well-designed hotel. We stayed in a King room, and were very impressed with the space. The rooftop bar and infinity pool offer incredible views of one of the Twin Towers, along with plenty of great seating options.
