Enttäuschend - Disappointing

Pros: Close to Terminal Bersepadu Selatan at Bandar Tasik Selatan (TBS-BTS) / Airport Transfer.
Cons: Maintance of room
Nach drei Jahren wieder in diesem Hotel – aber bei der Ankunft enttäuscht: Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, nach rasche Reparatur fiel sie in der Nacht wieder aus (Sauna!), zwei Lampen (Bad, Garderobe) brannten nicht, Leselampe flackerte und nicht benutzbar, Safe verschlossen - Eindruck, dass das Hotel vernachlässigt wird - rascher check-in / check-out – Frühstücksraum mit indischen und chinesischen Gästen überfüllt, alle Plätze belegt; im VIP-Frühstücksaum angenehme Atmosphäre und ansprechendes Buffet - Internet meist schnell – zu diesem Preis gute Alternativen in KL – zukünftig Buchung für eine Nacht nur unter dem Gesichtspunkt der Nähe zum Terminal Bersepadu Selatan at Bandar Tasik Selatan (TBS-BTS) / Airport Transfer. After three years in this hotel again – but disappointed on arrival: air condition didn’t work, after quick repair didn’t work again at night (sauna!), two lamps (entrance, bathroom) didn’t work, lamp for reading flickered and not usable, safety box was already locked – got impression, that the hotel isn’t maintained well – fast check-in, check-out – friendly staff – breakfast room was overcrowded with Indian and Chinese guests, couldn’t get a place to sit down; in VIP-breakfast room pleasant atmosphere with nice breakfast buffet – internet mostly fast – at this price good alternative hotels in KL – if again, then for one night only because close to Terminal Bersepadu Selatan at Bandar Tasik Selatan (TBS-BTS) / Airport Transfer.
