For the price we are comfortable and see value. The service was good. Only gripe it maybe the pillows have a smell although the pillow case was clean. Walls are super thin so we can hear if we have a noisy neighbour or people shouting downstairs - best to bring earplugs.

Pros: Easy check-in and check-out. Great location for the price if you want to be close to Bukit Bintang, but not on the main strip. Loved the eco-friendly built-in drinking water system. Cons: Room was a bit small, but if you're not going to be in your hotel much, it's fine. The shower handle looked like it had seen better days. The window shade in the shower had mold growing on it. No hand soap for the sink, and no one was available to talk to at the front after midnight when I got back. Overall: Good place if you just need a place to stay near the hub of everything.

Helpful staff

They had a large group the same week so the floors were not shockingly not as cleaned coming out of the elevators. Then some rooms were rushed. However, the personnel acknowledged & they were very responsive & helpful. I would visit again.

Had booked this hotel for an overnight stay in KL. So there are 2 Dorsett hotels across from each other - This one is the economical one. Would recommend only for a very short trip. The breakfast option is there but it has very limited options.

Very Solid Hotel in a central location

Had two rooms for the four of us (two teenage boys). Was conveniently located in a good area, and was clean and well kept. Would certainly stay there again.

Please AVOID this hotel if possible

The soundproof is extreme terrible. You can hear the guest next to your room wash hands, flush, showing, evening talking. The room is not very clean. The guest before me had used the cup to brush the teeth and they dont clean it and they just put the cup back to next guest. Also, i found a clipped nail on the floor. Please AVOID this hotel if possible.
