terrible room condition

book 2 room from 20-21nov, room condition was bad,although the room was big but could see tat was not taking care of it..... upon check in tat a very bad smell in the room & everything look so run down & old with lot of stain & mold in the bathroom area another weird thing is tat an old mattress under the bed tat we were gona sleep on it kind of creep me out & wifi was bad keep dropping. requested to change room but the staff just say every room is the same. lucky we were only staying for 1 nite would rather spend the same amount on hotel instead.
