Need big overhaul

The aircon is not cold even at 16 degrees. The 4 corners of the bed are supported by magazines for balance. The wooden racks are either chipped off or broken parts. The cloth on the ironing board is torn A part of the mirror is gone. The spring of the bed is worn out and it made noises when I move my body on the bed. The utensils were still greasy from previous customer. The only thing i enjoyed was the strong water pressure from the shower head

Very very poor. room not ready for stay. Wasn't know is home stay unit , no signboard, no reception, no dedicated person to handle complaints, finally, find another hotel and house key still with 呢. Seeking for refund.
