Lift noise every 15secs as executive room is behind the lift wall. Cant sleep and asked for a change room but was given a downgraded room. No compensation on my room charges. Disappointed with hotel manager arrangement.

The location of hotel is awesome. Walkable distance from twin tower, aquarium, pavilion mall, bukit bintag street. Swimming pool looks little bit small. Breakfast option was really good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Tourism aspects needs to be improved like providing maps, information about tourist attractions with some details on what is allowed in or not, how to get there etc. The hotel staff should be double cautious when delivering guest food order for takeaway. We ordered for veg and later on the way to Singapore we realized they gave us wrong parcel which was non veg. Hotels should work on check in times. 2 O' clock check in is really late and tourists loose half day. Atleast it should be by 10 or 11am.

Location of hotel was great. Easy and short walk to pavilion. Check in was rather long process. While the lobby was nice, the hallway to the room was dingy so didn't give good vibes. The room itself also giving the same feelings. We had a room with connecting door which wasn't great as we had noisy guests next door but luckily only for one night. The room was spacious and the bathroom recently renovated but the shower was very narrow. Bedding was gross, the blanket and pillow were limp like it was very well used. Everyday after housekeeping we found new drain bugs in our room which was unpleasant. Do not recommend breakfast unless you like toast and cereal. Foods were not replenished quickly and also the hot items were at best room temp

Great value hotel in central location

Room was simply appointed, with clean contemporary decor. Bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. Adequate working desk area, chaise sofa by the window, in room fridge, safe. No tub in bathroom, just walk in shower. I found the proximity of the toilet to the wall too close to the point it felt cramped when seated. The fitness facilities were subpar -- adequate cardio equipment, and just a couple of benches and dumbbells, and oddly just one chest press machine (no multi gym or machines for other major body parts). Included breakfast was decent for a 4 star hotel. Overall great value, located right across the street from the popular Pavilion mall.

Good location to everything, 10 min walk from a huge shopping centre and about 20 mins walk from the twin towers, 7/11 is also located right outside the hotel. The property was clean and tidy, shower however needs resealing as water tends to leak from it. Staff was slow when checking in and I had to pay an additional "tourists fee" without prior acknowledgement (it was only £2 for 1 night, but it was unexpected and unpleasant) Overall I was satisfied

Great location

Centrally located near the MRT and large Pavillion shopping centre, then a walk to KLCC. Bathroom is modern but besides the lobby and breakfast area, I can tell the hotel is not recently renovated. I can sleep even though the light shines through the border of the doors and if someone is in the bathroom a lot of light shines from underneath. Breakfast buffet is satisfactory, nice touch serving a cheese option. Suggestion to serve at least 1 type of kuieh and another rice dish that’s not nasi lemak. Concierge was proactive in helping with bags into the taxi trunk.

The Novotel KL was well situated accross the road from the Pavillion Mall and a 9 minute walk to Bintang Buket or the Twin Towers . Good value for money.
