This property is close to many great Indian restaurants, KL Sentral rail station and mall. The staff are polite and professional. Only the first floor had WiFi. The rooms are small but just fine for a one or two night backpacking stay.

When I rang the bell on the entrance, no one responsed at least 15 minutes. The phone number of the hotel was not reachable.
